Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Simple web solutions, we want to keep it simple, be fair.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Well homely, mainly because we all work from home. On rare occasions we have to meet we would go to local café to discuss the needs of the client or any business issues we want to resolve.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We try to utilise the web as much as possible, use e-mails, video conferencing, remote desktop access etc. As we are all IT and Business orientated professionals we understand the importance of clear communication without jargon, again to go back to our motto simple web solutions, keeping it simple helps us as well

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We know that not everyone is IT expert, but we also know that a lot businesses want to have some form of a website. Problem is for majority of those businesses there is one or more problems for them to actually get a website. It might be that the hassle of registering a domain name, then designing a site, then finding a place to host it and then maintaining it, be exhausting task. It might be that it is too costly. or they simply do not have enough time to dedicate to resolving that problem. We are here to remove those barriers, and help them get their business online, send their message to online users. We take the IT part out of it they get the finished product.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Recommendation, word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Well first we try to meet with the client at time convenient to them and location they prefer(even business or home). Then we try to establish the requirements of the website, why do they want it, what message do we want to convey and will it actually help their business. The we will try to give a few ides of how the website might look and what would be included and go back to the client(it is a continuous process until we are certain that we got the idea of what the client wants). We produce the site when the client is happy with all the aspects discussed, and then we set a go live date. The handover date never really happens as we are there, as a part of our service, even after the go live date. We do this to offer continuous support to the client for as long as they use our hosting service.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust, and understanding the clients needs.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: What are those? Demanding client is a misunderstood client. If client is demanding we most likely did not understand what the client wanted in the first place, so it would be unfair to call the client demanding for our mistakes.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Well, I hate to pay money until I see some results or what I am buying. I would always like to see a few mock ups of the website or some templates to see roughly what I might be getting. So look for companies that offer those. Excellent way is also by reading review of the companies. We all know that sometimes companies fail to deliver 100% satisfaction but if they can achieve a figure lets say 9/10 happy customers I would say that they are trying hard.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: If the business keeps expanding as it is future looks really promising. We hope to be able to support our customers in even more areas(some of which we are already looking in to). Our main goal is giving our clients a good product and their satisfaction.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Very much expanded, with mobile computing on the rise wow, I think that online business around globe will be able to benefit.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I would like to let people guess that.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Understand first what do you want it to be for, why do you need one and what do you want from it. If you know answers to these questions, good web design company should be able to help you.
